South Texas Medical Clinics Rosenberg and Bay City

In 2000, South Texas Medical Clinics commissioned Mission to construct a medical facility in Rosenberg, Texas to house a multi-specialty practice out of which a rotating group of physicians and support staff could operate. In response to their needs, Mission constructed a 15,400 s.f. structural steel building with a flat roofed frame and a brick veneer exterior. South Texas Medical Clinics was so pleased with the finished product, they asked Mission to develop a 12,500 s.f. facility in Bay City, Texas. To maximize cost efficiencies while still producing an aesthetically pleasing building, Mission constructed a pre-engineered steel framed building with a sloping metal roof and finished with a red brick veneer to give the appearance of traditional construction.
