The Mission Companies are a small conglomeration of firms providing commercial real estate services to property owners, tenants and investors across southeast Texas. Commercial and medical office buildings are our specialty, although our portfolio has included retail centers, industrial sites, golf courses and residential properties.

What We Do
The Mission Companies encompass Mission Equities, Mission Asset Marketing, and Mission Management Company, which together provide specialized commercial real estate services, mostly for our own account. Although we have overseen the disposition of more than 5 million square feet of space in everything from industrial sites to golf courses, we specialize in properties designed for medical and office use.
Development
Mission Equities is the arm of the Mission Companies that has elevated us to one of Houston’s premier real estate developers, particularly in the commercial office space market. Our leadership team has been involved in buying and selling property in the Greater Houston area for over 40 years, a knowledge base that’s an invaluable asset in its own right. We are capable of assisting investors with development from the ground up, with experience in every stage of a project’s life.
Investments
Gauging a sound real estate investment requires intimate understanding of potential construction and operating expenses, local economic forces, and more. Since our early days managing the real estate portfolios, Mission has established a proven record of attaining strong ROI by incorporating the insights gleaned from being a multi-faceted, seasoned real estate company.
Brokerage
Our capabilities have developed over the years to service our own account and those of properties and owners that we know very well. We have a keen eye for value and potential that we employ in making our own acquisitions. In select situations, we are brokers for clients or handle leasing in-house.
Property Management
Even the most top-flight building can yield a negative return if operated inefficiently. Mission began as a property management company, and over the past 30 years we’ve learned how best to balance the interests of property owners and investors with those of tenants by keeping operating costs low and satisfaction high through diligent maintenance, skilled budgeting, dedicated tenant care, and more.
Construction Management
Our Construction Management (CM) services grew out of a desire to help our clients develop from the ground up while keeping the end-users in mind. The Mission CM team coordinates with engineers and architects in overseeing the general contractor of a new building or tenant space build out, utilizing our extensive design experience. The result is a cost-effective project that delivers maximum value to our development partners and a building that will meet the tenants’ needs.
