The Westchester
Mission acquired the building known as The Westchester at the end of 2023. This 6-story, 117,261 square foot building was developed in 1999 includes a 5-level parking garage. The Westchester sits on 1.89 acres of land in the Houston Energy Corridor on the south side of Interstate 10. The multi-tenant building offers tenants convenient on-site amenities including a conference center, fully landscaped private courtyard, and an indoor and outdoor dining space.
